Project rules
Any person who has registered automatically agrees to this set of rules and undertakes to comply with them.
- All your multi-accounts can be banned permanently without the right to unban for multiple/serious violations of the project rules.
The administration of the game server has every right to block your account for violating any point of this set of rules.
All money for Donate services are considered voluntary donations for server development. It is impossible to return funds spent on Donate services or Online store under any circumstances.
The administration is not responsible for incorrectly transferred funds.
When filing a complaint, there must be evidence (in the form of a screenshot or video) directly from the game. If there is insufficient evidence, the administration has the right to refuse to help you. You can file a complaint in private messages to the administration of your server, a ticket of a specific Discord server, or in private messages to the VK group.
Under no circumstances is the administrator obliged to return to you what you have lost due to any situation (Bug, rollback, wipe, theft, cleaning, etc.).
The administration has the right to remove a private property from the territory if there are no buildings on it, without warning.
Roles can only be purchased in the Store.
Transfer of purchased items is not possible under any circumstances. Be careful when purchasing.
Regardless of the player's role, be it VIP, Premium, Deluxe, Ultra, Legend, Helper, Moderator, Administrator - everyone is equal and everyone will be punished for breaking the rules.
The administration has the right to issue punishment for violations not specified in this set of rules, if it considers that your actions are harmful to players and/or the project as a whole.
The administration has the right to independently establish the time and severity of punishment, different from that specified in the rule, based on the individual situation, as well as the severity and frequency of violations of a particular player or group of persons, primarily guided by common sense.
If you have any questions/dissatisfaction regarding the project rules, economic rules, crafts, privileges, etc., please contact your server curator or the project curator.

Any attempts to hack someone else's game account are prohibited.
- To protect your account from being hacked, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication. You can do this on the website in the “Settings” section.
Ignorance of the rules does not absolve you of responsibility.
It is forbidden to use obscene language, including veiled and/or in a foreign language.

- Frequent repetition of messages (three or more messages with an interval of less than 5 minutes) is prohibited.
- Organizing flooding in any of its manifestations is prohibited (For example: whoever agrees, put a +).
- CAPS is prohibited - a message in which 6 or more letters are written in capital letters.
- Frequent repetition of messages of a similar nature is prohibited (for example: advertising a store and selling items).
- Flooding with meaningless sets of letters/symbols is prohibited (For example: !?:!?:!:?!?*/).

- Containing third-party advertising.
- Containing insults.

- Containing an explicit reference to Moderation / Administration of the project (example: Admin, Moderator, Helper, Tankerr, MrYarik6666, etc.).
- Containing references to political figures, conflicts or events.
- Propaganda of Nazism, racism, as well as everything related to their symbols (slogans, code phrases, etc.).
It is prohibited to install indecent skins/cloaks/avatars.

It is prohibited to create multiple accounts (play on previously created ones) in order to circumvent punishment.
- Banning multi-accounts.
- Increasing the penalty period for the main account up to and including permanent blocking.
- It is prohibited to use multi-accounts for the purpose of receiving additional rewards for completing quests.
It is prohibited to destabilize the server, cause crashes, create lags/lagzones, as well as distribute and use game malfunctions/bugs/dupes. Also prohibited is any software that interferes with the game/client in any way.
- This also includes changing the client's mod set. Autoclicker and built-in programs/binds for mice are classified as third-party software.
- Joking messages related to this rule are also considered a violation.
- Helping a duper/cheater in using/testing is prohibited, those who are seen helping or who were in the region where the dupe occurred will be punished.
- The administration reserves the right to demolish problematic mechanisms without warning if an extremely high load is detected.
- It is forbidden to create complex Redstone game schemes.
It is forbidden to distribute game items in any form, as well as to mention and inform about distributions. Players who picked up items during the distribution are obliged to give them to the project administration.
- This also includes situations where both players are developing on different bases, but have common regions and, posing as “teammates,” one transfers resources/currency to the other.
- Any jokes about the distribution are considered a violation of this rule.
- Demolish all buildings and clear all chests/inventory for those who refused to give up items.
- Players are prohibited from holding any lotteries or similar events.
- It is forbidden to create casinos and any similar places with random loot.
- Items given to another player for free via a global/local region are also considered a giveaway.
Griefing is prohibited.
- The following cases do not fall under the violation: robbed one of the participants of the private or building outside the private (If the victim has evidence that he was deceived, then this is considered griefing.
- Griefing includes any actions that harm players.
- Any attempt to kill a player in a region with PVP disabled is considered griefing.
- It is forbidden to place any teleports near other people's regions with the purpose of killing a player.
- Killing peaceful animals in pens/pushing animals out of pens.
- Destroy other people's crops.
- A player who has received your items during fair PVP battles is not obligated to return them to you.

Intentionally pushing/pulling/luring players under any pretext (except for a direct offer of PVP) into the territory of a region with PVP enabled (including the global region) is prohibited.
- If you were in a global region of your own free will and you were killed there, that is not a violation.
- It is forbidden to wait near the regions.
- Teleporting a player to yourself/to another player for the purpose of killing is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to intentionally turn on the pvp flag in a region with the purpose of killing a player.
- Killing at the home point (/home), immediately after teleportation or rebirth of the owner/participant of the private for 1 minute is prohibited.

Any sale/purchase of services, resources for real money, as well as the sale/transfer of a game account is prohibited.
- Any mentions/jokes about selling for real money are considered a violation of the rule.
- Discord private messages also fall under this rule.
It is forbidden to create any teleportation points in the following cases.
- If there are traps below this point that can kill the player.
- If there is a foreign region in this area.
- If PVP mode is enabled in this area.
- Killing at the home point (/home), immediately after teleportation or rebirth of the owner/participant of the private for 1 minute is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to use ender pearls (or their equivalents) to enter restricted areas.

Destabilizing the server's economy is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to set prices for resources below the minimum.
- Allowed to increase/decrease the price of goods up to 20% of the cost in the block store.
- The maximum fee for the AFK service in another player's region is 50 coins per hour or an item that fits this amount.
- It is prohibited to set prices for goods unequally.
- The equivalence when exchanging items is determined based on the craft value, not the price in the store.
- In some cases, the minimum price or exchange restrictions for a particular item will be listed in its description on the server itself.
- The administration reserves the right to independently decide whether the exchange is equivalent or not.
- It is prohibited to give things, in-game currency for rent/debt.

It is prohibited to install signs/information panels/cartoons in blocks (etc.) that violate the project rules.
- The names of regions also belong here.
- The length of the punishment depends on the rule violated.

It is forbidden to deceive players during the exchange.
- It is forbidden to interfere/kill during the exchange.
- Steal by any means during the exchange. Example: Invisibility with a magnet.
- To avoid punishment, return the items to the person from whom they were taken.

It is prohibited to organize a cluster of databases in a small area that affects the server's performance.
- The administration has the right to independently decide whether a specific territory falls under this rule.
- Warning with a period of correction from 24 to 72 hours depending on the size of the bases. Otherwise, a ban for 7 days and demolition of territories.

It is prohibited to construct any symbols that directly or indirectly relate to a specific country, conflict between countries, or an incident that could serve as the beginning of interethnic, ethnic hatred in the chat and/or political discussions.
- The construction of flags of existing countries is permitted.

It is prohibited to block access to other people's regions by building barriers and/or digging obstacles directly near the private area.

- The minimum distance between player regions is 30 blocks.

Limitations on mechanisms in privates.
- Bypassing server mechanism restrictions in any way is prohibited. This also includes “second” bases that bring you resources to the main base. Only one active base is allowed per player/team.
- The restrictions are indicated in the game itself in the description of items/mechanisms.
- Each participant of the private zone/base who was aware of the violations and did not report it to the administration is responsible for violating the established restrictions.
- First, a warning is issued and 24 to 72 hours are given to correct the error; in case of a repeat, a 3-day ban and the removal of mechanisms are given.

- Steal/collect items obtained after killing a dragon (dragon egg and heart).
- Destruction/theft of ritual components (resurrection stone, etc.).

It is forbidden to teleport players to the PVP arena under any circumstances.
- 2 day ban and confiscation of all items if the player is killed.

Helpers/Moderators are required to be sociable, literate, well-mannered and tolerant towards all players on the server.
- The helper is prohibited from goading/provoking/taunting the player.
- The administration is obliged to observe censorship and speech standards when communicating with players.
- The administration is prohibited from causing damage/harm to a player unless the situation requires it.
- It is forbidden to block/teleport/kick etc. a player without a serious reason.
The administration is obliged to always take full-screen screenshots of player violations and store them for at least 3 days, but is not obliged to provide them to them unless there is a good reason for doing so.
Must be able to report on their actions to any of the higher-ranking members of the administration.
- The administration is prohibited from abusing its rights for the benefit of themselves, friends or third parties.
The main responsibility of the administration is to control the game process and promptly prevent various incidents that may lead to a violation of the entire set of server rules.
All Project Administration is RESPONSIBLE to comply with the ENTIRE set of project rules and promptly inform the Curator about other project participants who violate the rules.
Helpers/Moderators are required to follow the instructions of senior administration in a timely manner.
The administration is prohibited from moderating on servers to which they are not attached.
- Exception: - Chief Administrator and above.
The administration is prohibited from moderating/administering on other gaming projects, as well as playing on them.
It is forbidden to be on the server in AFK mode, if you need to leave, you must leave the server.
Any member of the administration can be on the player's territory without time restrictions, interact with his resources or observe the player's gameplay if the situation requires it.
Trading with players is prohibited (starting with Administrator).
The helper is prohibited from storing the withdrawn dupe or duping himself.
- If the rule is violated, the Helper may be removed from his position.
- Allowed only for temporary storage after distribution and subsequent transfer to the Admin or Curator.
It is prohibited to disclose to third parties the contents of the Administration conference or personal negotiations with members of the Administration.
- To disclose messages from a private conversation, you must obtain permission from the other person.
- Exceptions are situations where the information may serve as evidence of a violation of these rules. Outsiders are anyone who is not a direct participant in a conference or personal conversation.
Any member of the project team may be removed from their position at the discretion of the curator.
- He may be removed if he causes discord within the team, plots, behaves inappropriately, and does not observe censorship of communication with players and colleagues.
- May be removed if he fails to perform his functional duties.
The administration has the right to interact with the player's resources in any way (irrevocably confiscate/completely block access to them, etc.) in the event of a violation of the rules by the player or if the situation so requires.
- Your base may be completely blocked/demolished if it violates the project rules or there is a suspicion of illegal resource acquisition.
- Resources from your inventory/base may be permanently removed if the method of obtaining them contradicts the rules of the project or breaks its economy.
